1. Booking of accommodation during the event/congress (core nights):

  • Book core nights through the official congress system or the PCO

2. Extension of stay (extra nights):

  • Fill in the online form at the following Link and print out the voucher / voucher worth CHF 80.– that you will receive by e-mail
  • To extend your stay, please contact the participating accommodation directly (see the full list of participating accommodations)
  • It is necessary to mention "Lugano Region Bleisure Offer" and the number of the voucher when making the request

3. Payment of the extra stay:

  • The voucher must be printed and presented at the accommodation’s reception in order to obtain the discount
  • The cost of the extra nights must be paid directly to the accommodation facility
  • By presenting the voucher, you will receive a discount of CHF 80.–

  • To benefit from the discount, the additional stay must be arranged directly with the chosen accommodation
  • Lugano Region offers a discount worth CHF 80.– on the total amount of the stay, for each reservation made outside the main dates (core nights) of the event
  • The stay must take place after the congress period, the voucher will not be valid during other periods;
  • Only one voucher / discount worth CHF 80.– per room and stay will be granted per participant, regardless of the number of persons occupying the room and the number of nights
  • Offer valid only for participating hotels in the Lugano region (see full list)
  • The accommodation selected for the additional stay, may be different from that booked for the event
  • Offer subject to availability of accommodations
  • Lugano Region assumes no responsibility for the stay and rates charged by the accommodation
  • For core night bookings it is recommended to use the official event link (official PCO)
  • The voucher/discount worth CHF 80.– will be deducted directly by the accommodation at the time of payment
  • The voucher is not refundable or redeemable for cash
  • In case of cancellation of the stay, the customer loses the right to the discount
