Caslano

Flavours on the lakefront

Lugano - Caslano - Museo della Pesca - Alprose - Minigolf A fascinating excursion that allows you to appreciate the beauty of the Malcantone hills on board of a boat, which will take you from Lugano to Caslano.

You’d never have guessed, but you can go from the ferryboat to a chocolate wonderland in no time at all. This fascinating trip combines Lake Lugano’s natural splendour with the scent of cocoa. How is that possible? Well, simply take the ferryboat departing from Lugano and disembark at Caslano, a traditional lakeside village which decided to celebrate its lakeside history by setting up a fishing museum. Stroll amongst the narrow streets of the village centre and you will be rewarded with the day’s “dessert”: a visit to Alprose Chocolate Museum.
