Centro Esposizioni Lugano
A new venture for the 25th edition of the unique and eccentric tattoo festival Ti-Tattoo Convention Lugano. The promoter as every year the A.T.S.I Ass.Tatuatori Svizzera Italiana in collaboration with Cavallini Katya Eyera tattoo.
25 years have passed since the first edition in 1999 at the Reseghina Pista Ghiaccio. In these years many artists, many shows, many local and foreign audiences. The evolution of tattoo art has evolved in an incredible way. Artists are able to make true masterpieces on skin. The techniques, the material practically all incredibly improved and more controlled in terms of health safety. A three-day event not to be missed.
Tattoo artists from all over the world will arrive to colour Lugano even more with new shades and up-to-date professional tattooing techniques. There will be many entertainment initiatives. This year also sees the presence of notable Ticino artists. The various shows planned will take turns on the stage of the Exhibition Centre of the City of Lugano, a programme full of events that from Friday 30 August will surprise you as it does every year. On all Convention days, quality DJ sets will alternate between one performance and the next. On Friday and Saturday the eagerly awaited Best of The Day (awarding the best tattoo performed on the day).
On Sunday, in addition to another Best of The Day, there will also be an award ceremony for the best tattoo overall over the three days. The competition prizes are made by Schugy Ticino artist Schugy, who will also have his own exhibition at the fair during the three days. Once again this year's presenter will be Vanessa Grey, a multifaceted artist who is not only a presenter, singer and TV presenter but also an entrepreneur with a vision for herself and the people around her.
