The only all-female run!
On Sunday, October 9, 2022, Ladies Run Ticino, the only all-female run in Italian-speaking Switzerland, returns to Lugano.
The event will offer two flat routes of 5 km and 10 km and a village with performances dedicated to the female universe. The event village is scheduled to take place in Piazza Manzoni. Prizes will be awarded to the top three runners in each category.
Trails
- 5 km: flat route for all training levels. It runs along the entire lakefront of Lugano to Paradiso and then returns to the city center via Ciani Park.
- 10 km: two-lap route of 5km, for the most trained or for those who wantto test themselves.
Pink village with free services for women participants!
The event village will be set up in Manzoni Square with exhibitor booths and inside it the pink zone, an area entirely dedicated to women with exclusive and free services for all registered women (massages, beauty services, consultations, fitness area and more).

Online at www.ladiesrunticino.ch or www.biglietteria.ch, by deposit slip (to be obtained from info@ladiesrunticino.ch) and on-site on Saturday, Oct. 8 (3:00 pm—5:00 pm) and Sunday, Oct. 9 (from 8:30 am).
