The water world

Relax in the revitalising pool that flows from the inside to the outside and features a beautiful waterfall. Feel the bubbles gently wash your cares away at the hydromassage points, on the bubble seats and submerged loungers, let the water massage your back under the cascade, experience the counter-current pool or relax in the effervescent tubs, jacuzzi, lazy river or on the panoramic terrace. In summer, there is a 20-metre sports pool with sun loungers.

The sauna world

Let all your tension melt away in the salt Tepidarium, the hammam with treatments available on request, the Turkish bath, the Finnish sauna, the bio-sauna with wonderful views of the gardens, the ice fountain, two Frigidarium tubs and sensory showers.

Fitness area and activities

Work out in the studio with cardio area, the fitness room with Technogym equipment or in the outdoor training area. A variety of activity programmes are available on request, including Aqua Gym, Stretching, Pilates, Yoga, Wassage, guided walks and much more.

Rest and relaxation area

DOT.Spa also has various relaxation areas, a wellness lounge with large sofas, comfortable loungers by the revitalising swimming pool with panoramic views of Lake Lugano, deckchairs on the open-air terrace and in the Mediterranean gardens, and refreshment stations serving a selection of teas, fresh fruit, spring water and juices.
