Music has the ability to facilitate the journey of inner discovery, strengthening the experience of union and connection that is sought through yoga practice. During the sessions, the participants, transported by the music, will experience various "asanas" (postures) and "pranayama" (breath control) exercises, which have a direct effect on the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to release tension and stress and the mind to enter a state of deep calmness.
