Stand up paddling, or SUP, started in Hawaii. Combining respect for nature, Zen and exercise, stand up paddling gives you the opportunity to discover Lake Lugano like you’ve never seen it before. It’s easy – all you have to know is how to swim! All ages and abilities can enjoy this sport without much practice. It’s good for the body and mind. Enjoy exercising in harmony with the nature, while improving your balance and getting into shape. SUP is a gentle way to train your muscles. “A clean body in a clean mind” is the slogan of SUPers. It can also be social – try paddling with your family and friends. It’s fun: SUP is feels like being on a surfboard – but since you are standing, you get an excellent, unique view of the surface and the lake bed.
