Monumental Complex
Start from the lakefront, climb the first part of the monumental flight of steps and you’ll reach Sant’ Antonio Abate church.
Continue up the staircase with numerous shrines on both sides and after precisely 404 steps, you’ll get to the magnificent Sant’ Antonio da Padova baptistery church square in front of the Santa Maria del Sasso church. The entrance to the prestigious monumental cemetery is next to the majestic campanile, erected using stones taken from the old castle walls.
