From majestic Monte Brè to miniature swiss marvels

Lugano – Monte Brè – Swissminiatur

The excursion includes a visit to the city center, a visit to the Monte Brè and the boat ride to Swissminiatur theme park.

From Cassarate, take the Monte Brè funicular and head to the panoramic mountaintop, from where a short walk takes you to the village of Brè. Back in Cassarate, walk to Parco Ciani for a picnic on the lakeshore while you wait for the boat from Lugano to Melide. Here you can visit Swissminiatur, an open-air museum representing Switzerland in miniature.
