In comparison to the original itinerary, the shortest one skirts around the most scenic point of this leg: Mount Boglia.
The first part of the excursion leads you to Cima di Fojorina, passing through fascinating limestone landscapes, with a vegetation that is so particular that it is well worth seeing it for yourself.
This itinerary is very attractive and offers you an unforgettable view over the underlying valley.
Along this trail you climb up to the top of Mount Bar to then continue towards the Motto di Croce, two amongst the most appreciated panoramic points of our region. After going through Gola di Lago, with its nationally important peat-bogs, you then proceed to Mount Bigorio, a highly diversified region, which offers a further panoramic point during our excursion.
With the second shortcut, it's also possible to avoid the climb to Mount Bigorio.
