This itinerary can start from the train station of Lamone-Cadempino, first reaching the core of Lamone, where you can enter the hill-walking routes. After crossing the beautiful centre, with a high difference in altitude, you climb to the top of the San Zeno hill, first by an paved road and then by a hiking trail. At the top, it is worth stopping not only for the 360-degree open view, but also to discover the cup-marked stones, the small biotope and just below the cave. You then descend more gradually on the other side, along a mule track from where in some points you can see the small lake of Origlio from above. You enter the village passing by the beautiful church of S. Giorgio, a protected building inscribed as a historical monument, and then descending into the centre, from where you then follow a path that goes around the lake, which is a naturalistic gem inhabited also by protected species. Once you have crossed the Magi district you return to the lake shore; you will then find the crossroads with a stretch of path to go back to Lamone going down a rather steep road, and in some panoramic points.

For the most part in the woods, this pleasant path intertwines nature with interesting artistic and cultural elements.
It is an eight-shaped path, which allows you to get to know the various areas of Cadempino, alternating a flat part with one that leads to Cureglia.
This proposal is almost entirely in the woods, with an important but pleasant climb.
