The activity is dedicated to the breeding of cows, goats and suckling pigs, for the production of cheese and charcuterie. During the winter months, breeding and production takes place here, to ensure maximum comfort for the animals, while from late spring to late summer, the animals and the activity move to Alpe Santa Maria in Gola di Lago.
