Established in 2015, IL FERMENTO began as easy-going meeting point for craft-beers passionate people and for traditional local food lovers.
Authenticity, friendship and a strong link to the territory, are indeed the core values of each store branded IL FERMENTO.
Nowadays the company run about four places, along Lugano, Bellinzona and Mendrisio in the Ticino Canton, and Andermatt in the Uri Canton.
