The Ristorante Delfino is open to both guests and outside clients. Each dish, skillfully prepared under the guidance of our chef, is based on seasonal ingredients, all fresh and carefully selected. The menu includes a number of specialties, from market cuisine to Mediterranean dishes, from dishes with local products to delicacies from the Ticino area. The Menu is especially popular and offers the best of seasonal à la carte dishes but at favorable prices.
For guests who have requested demi-pension we offer a different menu of 4 dishes each day for dinner, with a vegetarian selection. The Hotel's cellars offer a wide choice of Italian and Ticino wines. We recommend tasting the Cuvée du Patron which is produced from specially selected grapes and aged in oak barrels. The Ristorante Delfino will also organize business lunches, themed evenings, barbecues on the terrace with music, abundant aperitifs, special menus for weddings from 15 to 100 guests and family occasions.
