From here you can start walking towards Mount Boglia, where there is a last, steep phill leg. Once you’ve reached the longed for summit, you’ll be rewarded by a breathtaking view over the surrounding region and also bordering Italy. Following the crest, you descend downhill reaching the welcoming Alpe Bolla to then proceed back to Brè, following an easy trail that winds its way through the woods. The excursion ends by climbing back up to Mount Brè, where you can enjoy a great close-up view of the city and of its surroundings. You can then end your hike by taking the cable car back down to Lugano (from March to December).
