Cheese Factory - Make your own cheese

Prepare some delicious cheese with your own hands. Starting from fresh milk you are followed in the procedure by a professional cheese maker (max. 15 people).

Enjoy this unique activity and experience the production of this typical Ticinese product. The Gotthard Cheese Factory is located at the foot of the Gotthard Pass and is composed of the factory open to visitors, a restaurant (for 200 people offering fondue and raclette) and a purchase area. An experience not to be missed: you can make your own cheese using top-quality ingredients in a cheese factory in the heart of the Alps! Expert cheese makers will preserve your product and once seasoned they will dispatch it to directly to your home (only in Switzerland).
