This national itinerary is very varied and touches different regions; it is divided into eight stages, four of them located in Ticino and two in particular in the region of Lugano. Lugano awaits you with open arms: come and discover an area surrounded by nature along the itineraries created especially for you, to discover an enchanting tourist destination! The Lugano area can be crossed by joining stages 7 and 8 starting from Rivera and ending in Melide.

Stage 7 – Bellinzona – Agno
On the northern slopes of Monte Ceneri there is a classic stretch for road cycling lovers, the panoramic climb of Monte Ceneri that connects Cadenazzo with Rivera, 6 km long with an elevation gain of 314 meters.
