Equipped with all comforts, the holiday will be an escape in peace and tranquility. With its modern décor, a garden with fresh aromatic herbs, a children's cottage, an outdoor barbecue, and charming rooms flooded with natural light, the holiday home has been designed to amaze and fascinate.
On the terrace guests can sit under the awning to relax and admire the view over the lake and mountains.
The living room is equipped with large windows that bring freshness and sunlight from the outside. In the room, a set of sofas and a flat-screen TV. On the other side of the room, there is a dining table with a glass top, which overlooks the garden.
The house has a large kitchen. It is equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove, a toaster, an American fridge with a bed, a toaster, a crèpes machine, raclette and fondue.

Position
The beautiful villa on two floors is located on a side street in a quiet location, Brè above Lugano with approx. 500 inhabitants. It is located at 800 m above sea level and is one of the sunniest villages in Ticino. However, guests are not very far from the city's amenities, the bus n° 12 connects Brè to the center of Lugano every 30 minutes. With the Monte Brè Funicular you can reach Cassarate with runs every 30 minutes.
In the village there are two restaurants, Salotto BRÈ Restaurant in the town center and GROTTO CASTAGNETO located in the woods.
During the opening hours of the funicular there are also two other nice restaurants with panoramic terraces: Vetta Restaurant and OSTERIA FUNICOLARE at the Vetta del Monte Brè. They can be reached in approx. 30 minutes walk from the village.
The lake is about seven kilometers from the house.

The village of Brè is known for its artistic furniture in the core of the village with 20 works of art by international artists.
In the church of San Simone and San Fedele you can admire the frescoes by Joseph Birò, a famous Hungarian artist.
There are no shops in the village!
The nearest shops are located at the foot of the mountain, in Cassarate (Migros) and Viganello (Coop, Denner, Aldi and Lidl).
In 30 minutes by car you reach Porlezza (Italy) where there is a nice choice of shops.
