The stylish living space also leads out onto a private sunny balcony with alfresco dining set. A spacious master bedroom with double bed provides a tranquil haven for 2.
Completing the layout is a modern fitted family bathroom, with bath and overhead shower. Communal laundry facilities are also provided (available once a week).
From its peaceful, yet central location, the 5-storey residence places guests within a 15 minutes’ walk from the lakeside, where the popular Parco Civico, family-friendly Lido, Casino and Tennis Club can all be enjoyed, alongside a plethora of city amenities and attractions.

Lugano is very well-serviced by ferry, bus, road and train and airport links. The apartment itself is just a 7 minutes’ taxi ride away from Lugano’s main train station and 15 minutes’ taxi ride away from Lugano Airport, making it the perfect choice for those wishing to leave the car at home.
