Very nice and modern holiday loft of 3.5 rooms for 4 - 5 people in a independent part of a house, within the historic village center of Guasti di Vernate.
Quiet location, with private space in front of the house. Large living room with fireplace , modern kitchen and separate toilet on the ground floor. On the 1st floor a sofa bed, TV, bathroom with shower/toilet, 2 bedrooms with double beds, floor heating. Shared use of a small pool in our neighboring property (distance 150 m).
At Magliaso (5 minutes by car) can be rented our boat with a 8 PS-motor. No licence necessary.
PRICE PER DAY PER OBJECT FROM CHF 150.- TO CHF 210.-
