The house has been renovated with love for details, the rooms are warm and welcoming. Arriving in your private garden you will be speechless by the breathtaking view that dominates the landscape, you will enjoy the sun all day long. Cademario is the ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, from here you can reach several trails for hikers and mountain bikers. Possibility of Welness/spa a few minutes drive from the house.
In Cademario and its surroundings you will find several restaurants for every palate from rustic to sophisticated, in short for all tastes. A few steps from the house there is the church of Sant'Ambrogio with its noteworthy frescoes. In the village there are two small supermarkets for the purchase of food and local products.
At the top of Via Sant'Ambrogio there is a bus stop where you can take public transport from the village to the city. Through a path near the house you can reach in half an hour of walk the village of Bioggio where there is the stop of the train that connects Lugano to Ponte Tresa. It is advisable to have your own means of transport. The parking lot in front of the house is usable but for convenience of maneuvering I recommend parking in the parking lot at the beginning of the street which is only thirty meters.
