The Sessa Gold Mine is set in a truly enchanting landscape, and our guides are ready to lead you into its fascinating underground world. As you walk through the Leonilde tunnel, you will discover some of the most spectacular and distinctive features of the mining environment. Upon request, you can venture even deeper into the heart of the mine and explore the Trudi tunnel, located 7 meters underground.
An unforgettable experience - a unique blend of history and emotion - for your group, offering the chance to relive the adventure of gold-bearing mineral mining and extraction in Switzerland.
To complete your day, you can follow the 8 km Malcantone Mining Park Trail, guided by specially designed signage that will take you through the processing and extraction sites surrounding the mine.
As a team-building activity, we also offer an exciting treasure hunt, with riddles to solve and clues to uncover, helping participants rediscover the mine’s legendary golden stone.
In the main building, we can provide a meeting room equipped with benches and tables for up to 20 people, Wi-Fi access, and a large screen.
Upon request, we can also offer hot meals and/or tastings of local products.
