Peak Explorer's Passport

Before you head for the peaks and embark on your adventure, get your “Ceresio Peaks Passport”.

This document will accompany you on your adventures, allowing you to record your experience, get to know and colour the characters. It will also enable you to receive incredible prizes! For each interactive route, you will receive a stamp in your passport.

You can pick it up by visiting the Info Points of Lugano Region (via Magatti 6, Lugano) or Mendrisiotto Turismo (Mendrisio Railway Station) or at all cable cars.

Rewards

Complete each adventure, show the gem in the app and get a stamp in your passport as well as a small gift. With three gems you receive a Memory Game. With six gems you get a CHF 150.– voucher for a holiday in the region (choice of Lugano Region or Mendrisiotto)*. You have two years from the first stamp to collect the gems.
Follow the instructions in the app to show the gems and obtain the prizes.

*A maximum of 1 CHF 150.– voucher per stay/household, regardless of the number of completed passports. To obtain the voucher please send an email to: info@luganoregion.com together with a scan of your passport.

Before embarking on your adventure, remember to check the opening times and check the condition of the trails.

Conditions for groups and schools

Treasure hunts are also available for groups and schools, with specific arrangements designed to make organisation easier and enhance the overall experience.

Educational material

Groups can request printed maps to prepare for the excursion by contacting info@luganoregion.com.
In exceptional cases, a passport can be provided to each child, allowing them to actively take part in activities (games, drawings, puzzles), discover the stories of the peaks, and keep a personal souvenir.

Prize

For school groups, the prize is adjusted and applies to the whole class.
Instead of checking each individual passport, it is sufficient to send the teacher’s passport along with the number of participating children and the class and school details.
A free group experience for the whole class is offered in accordance with the guidelines of the tourist office.

To organise the activity, please contact Lugano Region. This allows for coordination, provides suggestions on routes and logistics, and gives access to contacts for booking with the peak locations.
