Preparation & Hygiene
Professionalism is our priority. After a thorough hand hygiene session, each guest is provided with an individual workstation equipped with all the fresh ingredients and professional tools needed to craft perfect pasta and a classic tomato sauce.
Expert Guidance
You will work under the supervision and friendly guidance of our expert facilitators, who will share the secrets of the perfect dough and traditional techniques.
The Aperitif
While the dough rests to reach its ideal consistency, it’s time for you to relax. A delightful aperitif with appetizers will be served, offering the perfect opportunity to socialize and soak in the studio's inspiring atmosphere.
The Convivial Feast
Once your pasta is cooked and tossed in the tomato sauce (with grated cheese available upon request), we gather at the table. The meal is enjoyed in a spirit of joy and togetherness, accompanied by a selection of local wines and a curated musical backdrop to complete the magical evening. Breathtaking Locations on Request While our "home" is at Essedecor in Lugano, the "Mani in Pasta" experience is flexible. Upon request, we can organize this event in other breathtaking locations across the Lugano region, bringing our passion for taste and elegance to your preferred setting for private groups or special occasions.
