Panettone d’autore is an event organised by the Association of Bakers, Pastry Chefs and Confectioners of the Canton of Ticino (SMPPC). For artisan producers authorised to use the SMPPC Quality Guarantee Label for panettone, it represents an important opportunity to showcase their creations and highlight the quality of traditional artisan production in Ticino
Now in its 20th edition, the event will take place on Saturday, 12 December, at Asilo Ciani, Viale Carlo Cattaneo 5, in Lugano. Admission is free, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The event will be complemented by the traditional Christmas market, tastings and sales of artisan panettone, as well as games and activities for adults and children. A wonderful opportunity to spend a day together, celebrating artisan flavours and enjoying the festive Christmas atmosphere.
