Valgersa: summer events

The swimming pools and restaurant at the Valgersa Sports Centre will be open to the public again between 18 May and 8 September 2024. This season will be full of entertainment: from play and recreational activities for children to cultural and artistic events for both young people and adults. The events are organised in collaboration with local businesses, artists, organisations and associations. At the Valge Pool Bar, all the UEFA EURO24 football matches will also be screened and, every Sunday from 16 June to 25 August, special children's amusement will be offered. There will be a bar service all day long, from breakfast to late aperitifs, with the possibility of barbecues on Saturday evenings.

• Saturday 18 May: opening party with a diving display (16.30) and live music with the Maydays Band (18.00). Free admission and season ticket promotion.
• Wednesday 22 and Wednesday 29 May: Board games
• Wednesday 22 May: Reading meeting with Giancarlo Dionisio (6.30 pm)
• Wednesday 29 May: Always active, morning dedicated to senior citizens, afternoon with intergenerational activities
• Wednesday 29 May: reading meeting with Michel Casanova (6.30 pm)
• Wednesday 5 June: reading meetings with Luca Fassina and Luca Crovi (6.30 pm)
• Friday 7 June, Saturday 17 August and Saturday 7 September: Latin evening (7.30 pm)
• 12 June, 31 July and 14 August: Snack-Art, painting course with snack break for children (2.30 pm - 4.30 pm)
• 13 June, 31 July and 14 August: Art-Apero, painting course with aperitif (19.30 - 21.00)
• Sunday 23 June and Sunday 1 September: Beach volleyball tournament
• Saturday 6 July: Valge Pool Party with DJ set and swimming until 10 p.m.
• Saturday 13 July: evening with live music with the band MDF
• Saturday 27 July: open-air cinema (free admission)
• Saturday 3 August: evening with live music with the band Effetto Vasco
• Saturday 10 August: chess tournament
• Saturday 31 August: evening with live music with the band 70Zone
• Sunday 8 September: closing party with macaroni on offer (12.00), show (16.00) and DJ set (18.00)

Prices

• Adults: CHF 7.50
• Residents of Massagno, Savosa and affiliated municipalities: CHF 5.50
• Reduced prices for young people, children, AVS-AI, 12-entry and annual passes
• Some events have an additional registration fee in addition to the pool entrance fee
