24 December | The Magic of Christmas Eve

An exclusive gastronomic experience of delicate flavours and harmonious combinations, from stuffed calamari with puntarelle and prized Cantabrian anchovies to casoncelli with Ticino blue cheese, followed by a choice of delicate sea bass with prawns or succulent bread-crusted veal fillet. To crown this culinary journey, an original mandarin and peanut creation, followed by the Prince’s traditional Christmas Stollen, a tribute to cherished festive traditions.

25 December | A Christmas to Remember

An exquisite gastronomic journey celebrating the elegance of Christmas traditions, from a delicate lobster salad to cappellacci with red leafy greens, followed by a choice of premium Glacier 51 cod or Ardèche capon, prepared just as the Prince enjoyed it. To complete this harmony of flavours and delicate emotions, a delightful Christmas dessert and fragrant artisanal panettone made with mountain butter.

26 December | St Stephen’s Day, the Joy of Coming Together

The magic of the festive season continues with an exceptional lunch dedicated to the pleasure of gathering together. From delicate marinated Swiss Lachs salmon to pumpkin and potato gnocchetti enhanced with black truffle, followed by a choice of red meagre with parsnip and oyster sauce or an original interpretation of raw and cooked beef. To conclude this symphony of flavours and sensations, a creation of Or Noir chocolate, pear and hazelnut, accompanied by the traditional St Stephen’s Day Yule log.
