Six cellists – Claude Hauri, Milo Ferrazzini, Enea Sperati, Gabriel Majek, Sibilla Klay and Francesco Grisafi will take the audience on a thrilling new sensory journey, guiding them from the darkness of night to the rising of the sun, in a captivating and intensely moving musical journey that will span the whole of Europe – from the poignant melodies of nineteenth-century Romanticism to the acrobatic virtuosity of Gypsy music, right through to excerpts from famous film soundtracks. An unforgettable experience on the summit of Monte San Salvatore, the Sugarloaf Mountain of Switzerland.

Program

• Departure funicular 4.30 a.m., 4.45 a.m. and 5 a.m.
• Concert start time at the top 5.30 a.m.
• After concert breakfast at the Restaurant Vetta
• Return 7.30 a.m., 8.00 a.m. or from 9 a.m. every half hour
