Liability:

• Lugano Region is responsible solely for promoting the event. Any liability for accidents or other damage to participants during the activity rests solely with the partner responsible for running it.

Cancellation by the customer

• Up to 48 hours before the activity, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
• Less than 48 hours before the activity, no refund will be given.

Cancellation by Lugano Region

Lugano Region reserves the right to withdraw from the contract or cancel the activity under the following circumstances:

• If the activity requires a minimum number of participants and this is not met, Lugano Region may cancel the booking up to 24 hours before the activity. In this case, a full refund will be provided; no further claims can be made.
• If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place, Lugano Region or the partner responsible may also cancel at short notice and offer the participant either an alternative date or a full refund.
