FIT Festival Internazionale del Teatro e della scena contemporanea
Among the great European festivals, the FIT Festival welcomes every year in Lugano the great names of the international contemporary scene.
Ten days of theatre, performance and dance, devoted to innovation and hybridization of languages, and to anti-conventional artistic forms.
A wide range of fringe events, cultural mediation projects and meetings with artists are organised with the aim of reaching an ever-wider and more diverse audience.
FIT, winner of the 2025 Swiss Performing Arts Prize, serves as an interdisciplinary platform in Ticino dedicated to the contemporary performing arts.
