Insubria Rowing Cup 2025

Rowing regatta for rowing clubs from the lakes of the Insubric region of Ticino, Lombardy and Piedmont and for University institutes.

In the Gulf of Agno (Lake Ceresio), the 3rd Insubria Rowing Cup will take place on 16 November 2025. This is a sporting event to which the 45 rowing clubs active on the 11 lakes of the Insubric region, which stretches from Lake Mezzola to Lake Orta, are invited.

The regatta is sponsored and supported by the Comunità di lavoro Regio Insubrica, which aims to promote cross-border cooperation in the pre-alpine lake region.

It will take place on a regatta course of Olympic dimensions.

Rowing will therefore be an opportunity for the Ticino, Lombardy and Piedmontese societies, which represent a people of common origin and a sporting pole of absolute world value, to coexist in a healthy recreational and competitive environment.

So passion, competitive spirit, fair play and high-level entertainment for those who wish to follow the races from Camping TCS in Muzzano, the regatta's base.

Not only Insubric universities are also invited for an 8+ challenge.

The best Ticino crews will be awarded the cantonal titles.
