After spending twenty years with the Treves Blues Band and another fifteen with the Baker Street Band, Tino Cappelletti formed his own Kappellman Joy Band in 2011.
Bassist, guitarist and vocalist, he has performed at the most prestigious blues festivals in Italy and Europe and boasts collaborations with american blues greats such as Mike Bloomfield, Sunnyland Slim, Chuck Leavell (keyboardist for the Allman Brothers Band, Eric Clapton, and the Rolling Stones), Sonny Landreth, Bob Margolin and Ronnie Earl.
On Friday the 23rd, Tino Cappelletti will headline the October edition of Lugano Blues Night at Hollywood Live Music in Molino Nuovo. The concert starts at 9:00 pm; admission is CHF 5.– (free for members).
