San Clemente

From Tesserete to the villages around Lake Origlio and the local natural beauty spots.

Starting from Tesserete and passing through Vaglio, you reach the San Clemente forest with the Torre di Redde, on a largely unpaved road, and then continue through Comano and Cureglia, until reaching Lamone. After passing through the forest, you arrive in Origlio: here you can take a nice run around the small lake and then go through the centre. It’s possible to lengthen the route by climbing up from Lamone to the viewpoint of the San Zeno Church along a hiking trail, from here you then descend along a dirt road. From Origlio proceed to Ponte Capriasca and Sala Capriasca until you return to Tesserete, where in fine weather you can take a dip and relax at the swimming pool at the sports arena.
