General conditions for the use of the voucher on Lugano Region's Bike Friendly offers

Conditions

Validity of the voucher: until 30.12.2024 (or while stocks last / availability of accommodation)
Voucher to the value of CHF 50.–
The voucher is not redeemable for cash and must be used in its entirety at the same establishment
The voucher can only be used at participating accommodation facilities and on the specific offers "Lugano Region Bike Friedly" and only on stays of a minimum of 2 nights
Each person occupying the room may use a maximum of one voucher
At the time of booking, the voucher holder must announce the voucher at the selected accommodation indicating the voucher no.
The voucher holder must present the voucher (in paper form) when checking in. The voucher will be deducted from the total amount of the stay.
Lugano Region is not responsible for the offers published by the partners and the organisation of these offers.
The conditions relating to the overnight stay and related services are the responsibility of the accommodation provider.
