Museo Villa dei Cedri
, located in the district of Bellinzona-Ravecchia, is housed in a 19th century manor house, surrounded by a park of centuries-old trees overlooking the square of the ancient church of Saint Biagio. Temporary exhibitions and events for families, young people and adults are regularly organized in the rooms of the villa as well as in its park.

    The Museum is opened from 14th March to 2th August 2026. Museum Opening Hours Wednesday - Thursday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Friday, Saturday, Saturday and public holidays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays Public holidays: 19/3 - 6/4 - 1/5 - 25/5 - 4/6 - 29/6 - 1/8
  • How to reach the Museum
    Walking: From Bellinzona FFS follow down Viale Stazione then via Lugano. Distance: 20 min. (1,6 km). Public transports: From Bellinzona FFS, bus line nr. 3, direction S. Antonino (Centri Commerciali), stop Isolabella. Then 4 minutes walk. By car: From South: Highway A9, direction Como - San Gottardo. Exit: 47 – Bellinzona SUD (Camorino) 4 km. From North: Highway A2, direction San Gottardo-Chiasso-Italia. Exit: 45 – Bellinzona NORD (Arbedo) 6.3 km. Parking: There is a public pay car park on Piazza San Biagio, in front of the entrance to the Museum’s garden. However, the number of parking spaces is limited. The nearest public covered car park is the Via della Cervia near Piazza Indipendenza in the city centre. Parking spaces are available in the blue zone (compulsory parking disc) in the district, for free parking for a maximum of one hour from Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
