Delivery:
Once the purchase procedure has been completed, the pass can be collected in the following ways: - Home delivery (purchase must be made at least one week before use – valid only for Switzerland and the European Union countries) - Collection at the Lugano Region Info Point (Via Magatti 6, Lugano) Please note: For logistical reasons, home delivery is not available for orders outside Switzerland and the European Union.
Important: At the time of purchase, please select the date of the first day of use of the Pass (valid for 3 consecutive days).
