For families: an experience surrounded by nature, with animals and daily farm life at Croce Farm. Discover their family history and enjoy local products through a journey of learning and tasting.
One sets out to discover the Blenio Valley, also known as the “Valley of the Sun.” The central element of the tour is a visit to Azienda Agricola Croce, a family-run farm offering fresh, high-quality products, all locally produced (zero kilometres). On site, participants are welcomed with an aperitif featuring fresh cheeses, followed by their delicious ice cream – a delightful way to discover the flavours of the region. Around 50 dairy cows are carefully raised on the farm, along with a similar number of young Brown Swiss cattle; during the summer season, most of the herd spends its time on the various alpine pastures in the area.
Included in the price: visit to Croce farm and the dairy, aperitivo with local products, 1 glass of wine, 1 delicious ice cream or yogurt.
Duration: 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
