The Malcantone Foundation has as its purpose the socio-economic promotion and in particular the tourism and cultural promotion of Malcantone. In this sense, it collaborates with the Municipalities and the actors active in the region in the development of different projects and initiatives that fall within the scope. Among the various activities, it manages the Villa Alta building which houses the offices of the School Directorate of the Middle Malcantone, a kindernursery for the families of the region and other services that serve the population, The Villa also has two rooms that are rented for courses and seminars. A room is also approved for the wedding ceremony by the Municipality of Novaggio. The Villa is located in the middle of the Novaggio Rehabilitation Clinic Park in a quiet location from which you can enjoy a view of Lake Ceresio, Lake Maggiore and the Monte Rosa massif.
