Tasting of homemade ice creams

Gelateria Al Viale is a small artisan ice cream shop located along Lake Lugano, in Cassarate.

Giulia, the manager, in 2016 decided to turn her passion for ice cream into her profession. In summer, the "Al Viale" ice cream parlor offers a variety of 36 ice creams and slushes, offering a wide choice of ice creams even for lactose intolerant and people who follow a vegan diet. It is an ice cream parlor that offers innovative ice cream, always ready to surprise its dearest fans!

The tasting

Giulia will welcome you by telling you the story of her ice cream parlor and at the same time she will introduce you to the philosophy of her artisan ice cream. After that, we will move on to the tasting where you will have the opportunity to taste more than 15 homemade ice creams. The "Al Viale" ice cream parlor produces various varieties of ice cream throughout the year, following the seasonality of the raw material. At the end of the tasting, each participant can choose 2 scoops of ice cream of their choice served in the cup or in the cone. The tasting will take place on the bright and spacious terrace.
