In the heart of Lugano, at Via G. Carducci 1, CLOÉ Chocolaterie was born an artisanal chocolate boutique founded on a clear vision: every creation, whether a bar, a praline, or a confectionery piece, should tell an authentic story of quality, respect, and awareness.

For CLOÉ Chocolaterie, everything begins with the quality of raw materials. The selection of cocoa is the first and most fundamental step in every creation. For this reason, the company collaborates with a Swiss partner specialized in sourcing through the “Fair Direct Cacao” model: a direct, transparent, and fully traceable supply chain that eliminates intermediaries and ensures fair compensation directly to farmers in producing countries. This is not merely an ethical certification, but a structural choice that places respect for human labor and sustainability at the core of the entire production chain.

The same care extends to every ingredient used in the creations: each raw material is carefully selected, favoring local and sustainable suppliers, with full respect for the environment and the communities involved. Nothing is left to chance, from the origin of the cocoa to the most refined pairings and seasonal collections.

Production is entirely artisanal, faithful to the great Swiss chocolate tradition, yet reinterpreted with contemporary sensitivity, creativity, and innovation. Each creation bears the signature of maître chocolatière Cloé: original recipes, developed and refined over time, giving life to elegant and sophisticated compositions where technique and inspiration merge into a distinctive and recognizable style.

Pralines, Grand Cru bars, confectionery, and chocolate sculptures come to life through a process that emphasizes technique, attention to detail, and authenticity of flavor.

The boutique is open Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 19:00.
