At the southern end of the village stands the solemn Church of St Carpoforo, already mentioned in 1148 and rebuilt in the 17th century. The façade was executed in two phases (1759-1784).
The original late medieval bell tower has mullioned windows and a pinnacle. The three-nave interior with chapels and a rectangular choir preserves a rich stucco decoration with 17th-century frescoes by Carpoforo Tencalla and other artists.
On the Renaissance high altar are statues attributed to Tommaso Lombardo da Bissone, a pupil of Sansovino. The tabernacle on the left is from the Renaissance period.
