The exhibition Is presented as an immersive, interactive environment designed by Stéphanie Marin's
design studio to engage children with the creative world of Henri Matisse. Featuring furniture, textiles, shapes, and colorful patterns that young visitors can move, combine, and assemble, the space is constantly transformed through their interaction. The installation invites audiences to create images by experimenting with color combinations and building sensory, participatory settings through movement, imagination, and physical engagement. The experience is enriched by four activity stations created by Museo in erba, offering a deeper exploration of the artist's work. Children will discover a chest of drawers filled with photographs and objects that reveal anecdotes and curiosities about Matisse's life, passions, techniques, and tools. Other stations focus on composition, framing, point of view, and light, encouraging participants to take photographs, create compositions using positive and negative space, and experiment with transparencies and overlays on light tables.
