The Samba Fest is now in its third year, cementing its status as the premier event for celebrating and promoting Brazilian culture in Ticino. Created with the goal of introducing, highlighting, and embedding Rio de Janeiro’s traditions in the local context, the festival brings the vibrant spirit of Brazil directly to the region, offering the public a total immersion in unmistakable colors, sounds, and flavors.

The program for this third edition is a concentrated blend of living culture and top-notch entertainment. The audience will be taken on a sensory journey punctuated by electrifying live music concerts, captivating evening DJ sets, spectacular capoeira performances, and the unmissable, historic traditional samba parades. An area entirely dedicated to Brazilian culinary delights will help recreate the perfect tropical atmosphere, where visitors can savor the most beloved traditional dishes and iconic cocktails such as the caipirinha. The exhibition area will also be enriched by a lively market featuring artisanal stalls, traditional sweets, and typical souvenirs.

Organized by Kika Events – a company with over 15 years of proven experience in managing large-scale events – the Samba Fest offers the City of Lugano a safe, tried-and-true gathering experience structured according to the highest professional standards.
