Inspired by nature, we let go of what has run its course.
At this time of year, nature invites us to turn inwards, to take stock of what has been achieved so far and decide what to keep and what to let go of.
How shall we do this? Through a gentle immersion in the woodland, guiding us towards inner listening, the stimulation of the senses, mindfulness of our emotions and the sparking of curiosity, with the aim of achieving a physical and emotional state of renewed balance.
Location: Agra (Collina d’Oro)
There is an approximately 20-minute easy walk to reach the venue.
Pets not permitted
Ages 18 and over
Cancelled in the event of bad weather (strong wind or persistent rain)
