24 December | A Christmas Eve to Savour

Christmas Eve comes to life with a menu full of refined flavours and surprising combinations. Begin with marinated sockeye salmon, paired with local fresh cheese and green apple, followed by Carnaroli risotto with porcini mushrooms and Belper Knolle cheese. The experience continues with trout fillet accompanied by sweet potatoes and bergamot, before ending on a sweet note with lemon cheesecake, cocoa shortcrust pastry and mascarpone cream.

25 December | Christmas Is Better Together

Christmas lunch becomes an occasion to slow down and savour every moment, enjoying conversations, smiles and the pleasure of being together. The menu begins with lime-infused red mullet, accompanied by coconut panna cotta and pomegranate, followed by cappellacci filled with capon, served with pumpkin cream and black truffle.

For the main course, choose between turbot fillet with artichokes, olives and noisette potatoes, or beef fillet in a bone marrow crust, accompanied by carrots prepared in two textures and a potato galette with a soft, tender centre. And to end with a touch of magic and a smile for guests of all ages, a sweet surprise with an enchanting name: “Santa Claus Has Arrived!”
