Stefania Andreoli — psychotherapist, essayist, and an authoritative voice in today’s conversation on mental health — brings her highly anticipated show La mente in scena to Switzerland for the first time.

Following the success of her books and numerous public appearances, Andreoli takes an unprecedented and courageous step: she steps onto the stage to shape a human and theatrical journey that offers a new perspective on the fragilities of our times.

Written and directed by Luca Stano, with scientific supervision by Andreoli herself, the show weaves together storytelling, introspection, and emotional tension.

At the center of the narrative is Hélène, played by actress Alice Redini, a young woman living with borderline personality disorder. Beside her stands the symbolic figure of the “Doc,” portrayed by Stefania Andreoli, who guides the audience through a story that resonates with deep and universal themes.
