La Galerie-Caslano proudly presents the solo exhibition of Daniela Rebuzzi, "TRA-S-PARENZE – Portals to the Essence".
This exhibition investigates the delicate boundary between the visible and the invisible, matter and light, appearance and depth. Rebuzzi’s works invite the viewer to move beyond surface impressions, experiencing appearances as perceptual thresholds and opening themselves to a deeper, more conscious understanding of reality.
Through a language that is both essential and layered, Daniela Rebuzzi creates surfaces that serve as symbolic portals to the essence, transforming form into a perceptive and inner experience.
Born in Sorengo and active in the Malcantone region, Rebuzzi has developed over the past twenty years a coherent and distinctive artistic practice, in continuous dialogue with Nature as a symbolic and spiritual space. Her work has garnered increasing recognition both nationally and internationally.
Highlights of her career include participation in the 60th Venice Biennale (2024), the solo exhibition META-MORFICA at the Majid Foundation in Ascona, and the Lugano Art Award (2023). Her works are featured in the Atlas of Contemporary Art and have been exhibited in prestigious venues across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.
In addition to her visual art, Rebuzzi is a dedicated writer and author of the historical novel "Solstizio d’amore". Passions and Destinies in the Time of Bonaparte, a compelling story set during the 1812 Russian Campaign. This literary work, rich in sensitivity and depth, subtly reflects the themes and sensibilities of her visual practice.
