The 17th edition of the Festival will feature France with 12 of its best chefs from 24 September, guests of their Ticino colleagues in some of the most beautiful locations in the region.
The aim of the Festival, from the beginning, is to establish a cultural exchange: the stories, characters, flavours and knowledge of the guest countries are each time the protagonists together with the excellences of the Ticino territory, trying to cross the present and look to the future of enogastronomy.
