The city of Lugano lies at the foot of this mountain that overlooks and protects it on the eastern side.
The trail will lead you to a privileged vantage point on high ground, just below the summit, to discover the charming village that gave it its name: Brè. A piece of gravel road, in the last stretch leads to the summit of Monte Brè (0.75 km on 1.5 km). Don't miss walking along the lanes of the characteristic village.
