At the Locanda del Bigatt the cuisine is rigorously prepared with seasonal products from our organic gardens and orchards: fruit, vegetables, legumes, herbs and perfumes. All other ingredients used in the kitchen also come from the region, from companies that respect the environment and are socially responsible. “Short Km” is one of our values which we also apply for the wines and beer of local producers.
